Truly Cozy

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach and we loved it! This is a beautiful well kept home!! There is ample room and being right on the canal gives for fun fish watching with the kids (especially at night). It is not a far walk to the beach - or the all important ice cream shop!

July at Cozy Pearl

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in July 2025! The home was bright, clean, and beautifully maintained — the perfect spot for a summer getaway. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach and enjoyed morning walks, relaxing afternoons, and gorgeous sunsets each evening. The house had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable beds, making it feel like a true home away from home. Even during a busy summer month, it felt peaceful and relaxing. We made so many special memories and would absolutely love to come back!

Perfect little beach getaway

Our stay at this beach house over Thanksgiving 2025 was truly unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly balanced cozy comfort with stunning coastal charm. Waking up each morning having coffee with that incredible bay view was such a gift. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking our Thanksgiving meal feel easy and special — we were able to gather around the table, share stories, and create memories that we’ll cherish for years to come. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, whether it was curling up with a book, taking long walks on the beach, or watching the sunset together in the evenings. The location was ideal — peaceful and private, yet close enough to everything we needed!!
