On the first floor, you will enter an open concept living/dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. There is adequate seating for you and your guests to enjoy each other's company. Completing the first floor is a bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a laundry room.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a massive walk-in shower, and access to its own balcony facing the gulf. The third floor has a bunk room perfect for the kids, a game area, a wet bar, beverage cooler, and an expansive balcony with seating and plenty of space for family activities.

This home is centrally located in Panama City Beach with easy access to everything PCB has to offer!

This property is a gem. Took me 4 minutes to walk to the beach. My kids loved the loft area with the bunk beds. Everything about it was great. We had some rowdy neighbors for a night but it would NOT stop me from booking again.

Great place to stay

We were there for a baseball tournament and the house was perfect. It was clean and convenient to everything. Very clean and well managed. One of my guest left her passports behind and the staff promptly called me and made arrangements to return them. I will definitely stay with them in the future.

At first I was skeptical about booking this because of the strict cancellation policy and the background check because I’ve booked AirBnb’s over the years and never had a background check. I reached out to customer support and they confirmed the listing was legit so I decided to proceed with it. The background check was simple and now I see why they do it. The house was very clean, very nice, comfortable and well taken care of. It was a little on the pricy side but it is close to the beach and in a nice area. We were able to park 3 cars no problem maybe a 4th would have been too tight but im sure it can be done if permitted. It really did feel like a home and I would definitely book again.

This place accommodated our whole family. We made wonderful memories. The space was ideal, we could all be in the house and not be on top of each other and all able to do our own things. The top floor was a kids paradise and they loved it. The adults loved spending time in the kitchen cooking and talking. Everything was provided that we needed. And the cookware was phenomenal. No shortcuts were taken for the luxury and the beds were super comfortable. It was also extremely nice to have a bathrooms in each room. It made sharing the space easy. Loved it, would do it again!

Fabulous Vacation!
