Mornings start easily here. Enjoy coffee on the furnished balcony while planning the day's adventures, then take a short walk to the beach without worrying about parking or crowded elevators. After a day spent swimming, boating, fishing, or exploring Mexico Beach, return home and spread out between the two living areas for movie nights, games, or simply relaxing.

Upstairs serves as the main gathering space with an open-concept living and dining area, Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite and butcher block countertops, and everything needed for family meals. The king primary bedroom and an additional queen bedroom are located on this level, along with a full bathroom featuring a custom tiled tub/shower combination and double vanity.

Downstairs offers a second living and hangout space with a Smart TV, queen sleeper sofa, guest bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom with a custom tiled shower, and direct access to the covered patio.
