Located in the beautifully maintained Two Palms subdivision on the desirable south end of Cape San Blas, this charming single-family home offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and convenience. With 1,800 square feet of living space, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat features tile flooring throughout—ideal for families with children and/or dogs (pet fee applies).

Enjoy the luxury of your own private screened-in pool, perfect for relaxing in comfort and seclusion. Each bedroom includes sliding glass doors that open to spacious, furnished decks, allowing you to take in serene views of both the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph Bay from either side of the home. Just steps away, you’ll find the bike path that runs the length of the Cape, inviting you to explore the area at your own pace.

Ground Level: Landscaped yard, covered parking, and screened-in private pool.
First Level:

Bedroom 1 – King bed, sliding glass doors to private balcony, TV, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.

Bedroom 2 – One bunk set and one queen bed, TV, balcony access, and private full bath.
Second Level:

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances

Dining area

Living room with balcony with Gulf view, TV, and Blu-Ray player

Full bathroom, washer/dryer

Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, limited Gulf view, TV, and private bath with shower stall

We do not rent to groups of guests under 25 years. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent.

Pool is not heated.

Pet Policy
This home is dog-friendly (maximum of two dogs). A non-refundable pet fee of $200 per dog applies.

My family of five and my fur baby truly enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect! We had so much room and Lori was great to work with. The house was very clean and in the perfect location. We were close to everything on the Cape and a short drive to Port St. Joe as well. We loved having our own pool and the private boardwalk to the beach was closer than I had anticipated. The wrap around porch was the perfect spot to take in sunsets and to sit and relax. I highly recommend staying!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home met all our requirements, mainly a private pool and easy beach access. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes from door to shore at a leisurely pace, accessible via a private walkway in the neighborhood. The beach area directly behind the neighborhood was never crowded. Just across the street is a raised boardwalk which is the perfect place to watch the sunset. The home itself was very comfortable. We liked the multi-level design with the main living area (kitchen/living room) on the upper floor along with a bedroom and full bath. The second level had the master bedroom and bedroom 2 both with attached full bathrooms. The spacious balconies on the both levels were really nice. You can see the ocean from the top level and we enjoyed eating several meals outdoors.
