Welcome to your coastal getaway in the beautifully maintained and private Two Palms subdivision on the sought-after south end of Cape San Blas, where the beaches are wide and uncrowded. This beautifully updated single-family home offers a wonderful blend of comfort, privacy, and convenience, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the best of beachside living.

With over 1,600 square feet of inviting living space, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home features tile flooring throughout, making it a practical and family-friendly choice for those traveling with children or furry family members (pet fee applies). The newly updated kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, stone countertops and beachy themed backsplash.

Step outside and unwind in your own private, screened-in pool—a peaceful spot to cool off, relax, and enjoy a little extra privacy. Each bedroom features sliding glass doors that open onto spacious, furnished decks, where you can savor beautiful views of both the Gulf of America, the beach, and St. Joseph Bay from opposite sides of the home. There are two neighborhood beach walkovers exclusively for renters and owners, allowing direct access to the beach.

Ready to explore? The Cape’s scenic bike path is just steps away and stretches the length of the peninsula, making it easy to take in the natural beauty of the area at your own pace. Across the street is a nature walk by the bay, a park with a playground, pickle ball, sand volleyball, firepits, BBQ areas, and a kayak launch. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying the coastal views, or heading out for a leisurely bike ride, this inviting retreat is the perfect place to make lasting beach vacation memories.

We do not rent to groups of guests under 25 years. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent.

Pool is not heated.

Pet Policy
This home is dog-friendly (maximum of two dogs). A non-refundable pet fee of $200 per dog applies.

Gorgeous home in a super quiet neighborhood that is close to beaches, restaurants and peaceful relaxation. We loved the wrap around porches to shut out the world and destress. It will definitely be on our list to stay at again.

My family of five and my fur baby truly enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect! We had so much room and Lori was great to work with. The house was very clean and in the perfect location. We were close to everything on the Cape and a short drive to Port St. Joe as well. We loved having our own pool and the private boardwalk to the beach was closer than I had anticipated. The wrap around porch was the perfect spot to take in sunsets and to sit and relax. I highly recommend staying!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home met all our requirements, mainly a private pool and easy beach access. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes from door to shore at a leisurely pace, accessible via a private walkway in the neighborhood. The beach area directly behind the neighborhood was never crowded. Just across the street is a raised boardwalk which is the perfect place to watch the sunset. The home itself was very comfortable. We liked the multi-level design with the main living area (kitchen/living room) on the upper floor along with a bedroom and full bath. The second level had the master bedroom and bedroom 2 both with attached full bathrooms. The spacious balconies on the both levels were really nice. You can see the ocean from the top level and we enjoyed eating several meals outdoors.
