The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, an en suite bathroom that features a massive walk in shower with 2 sets of shower heads. The second bedroom features a king bed, convenient first floor access, and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom also house a king, there are also 2 sleeper sofas and a full over full bunk upstairs in the game room.

A Shore Thing is conveniently located within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park and only moments from the marina, where you can enjoy excursions to Shell Island. A Shore Thing is also convenient to the area's best dining, nightlife, water park, zoo, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving, snorkeling, and other area attractions.

This beautiful, family-friendly home is the perfect spot for your next vacation. Schooners, a favorite local seafood restaurant is located a short walk away, with its wonderful lunch and dinner menus. If you love live music in a casual atmosphere, Schooners is for you. Great July 4th

We had a great visit to PCB. This house is in the perfect location. Can walk to the beach and walk to Schooners and eat. The rooftop balcony was perfect for watching fireworks and laying out. The kids loved the game room upstairs. The house was very clean and I was overall very impressed!!

We stayed her for a girls trip and had plenty of room! House was just like it was in the pictures. The only thing I would say is you need to add more plates, cups, wine glasses and such. We had a wine night one night and there only 2 wine glasses. Which in the grand scheme of things is minor! We will be booking again with you!

Definitely recommend this property. This is our second year staying here. Great communication, easy check in, overall great experience. Close to great restaurants, easy beach access, close to jetty for fishing. Will definitely be back.

5 stars across the board. Location is great, almost directly across from public beach access and schooners restaurant and only a really short ride to other bars and restaurants! Very clean, very well maintained and very comfy beds as well! Definitely check out the outdoor closet Right outside the back door because it’s stocked with all the beach essentials like chairs, floats, and coolers! Will definitely be recommending to friends staying in the area!

Perfect family space

Place was brand new and had ample space for the whole family… the kids loved playing pool in the loft and the bunk room… beds were all super comfortable… definitely would recommend and go back

What a great place. We were fortunate to be the second group to stay at this beautiful, immaculate property. Unfortunately, the group that stayed before us had no respect for the property, so there were some minor issues at check-in. The property manager and owners were VERY responsive, and quickly rectified the issues.
As for the property itself, the space was perfect for the 9 of us (4 parents, 5 teenagers 13-17). The first floor had a great living room, full kitchen with a large island, and a bedroom and full bathroom. The second floor had a bed room with two full-sized bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom for the teens. The other bedroom was the huge master with two closets, an en-suite bathroom with double vanity and shower, and a walkout balcony. The third floor was a playroom w/ a pool table, poker table, TV space, wetbar, bathroom, and a walkout rooftop patio. We were able to have our own space even with 9 in the house.
The location was awesome. Away from the craziness of downtown Panama City, but close enough if you want to partake. Plenty of great restaurants with-in a mile, and an awesome state park down the block. The beach was a short walk.
Definitely check this place out if you are planning a trip to Panama City!
