This relaxing Florida luxury unit features a wrap around Gulf front balcony with access from the living area and both bedrooms! It’s the best spot for relaxing on the beautiful white sand beaches or ending the perfect day by enjoying our unforgettable beach sunsets.

The master bedroom features a King sized bed, the second a Queen and the third offers twin over a full bunk bed. The master bath has a soothing garden tub and stand up shower. The second bath features a convenient tub/shower combo. All towels and linens are provided; all you’ll need to bring are your beach towels and sunscreen!

The living area and the master bedroom have TVs and DVD players. This large condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you need to prepare a great meal for friends or family or a quick snack as you head out for a day at the beach.

PARKING
at the premises is limited to two cars in the off peak season. During peak season complexes have the right to monitor parking and limit one vehicle to the garage.
For the Seychelles complex only one car unless otherwise noted on webpage
Parking passes are restricted to ONE (1) per unit during the following periods—
May 1 through July 27
August 27 through September 3
October- Sunday of Schooner’ LobsterFest, should it occur
**Extended Blackout dates are due to the garage repair work**

No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.

Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older unless they are a child of a registered guest.

Great unit

My husband and I were there with our 3 adult children. The unit and property were great. The only challenge we had was the seating in the living room. There is a couch and 2 chairs with some stools. With 5 adults we are a little tight unless someone sits on the stools. Otherwise the stay was great.

Beautiful views

This condo is as advertised. We had no issues. It has beautiful views and plenty of space. More seating would be nice It sleeps 8, but the living room seating is for 5 max. Benches and hard back dining chairs don't really count as relaxation spaces. Also, I wouldn't mind if the building association would stop with the music playing everywhere all the time. The ocean makes its own beautiful music. That's what I came to hear. I did text the number provided once for restaurant recommendations and was never answered. They had texted me to be sure we had gotten there ok, so I know the number works. Overall, a very nice space and a good area.

All I can say is WOW

This place is a bit on the pricey side but still worth it. It sleeps 9 but we only had 5, The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, the bathrooms were clean and huge, the common area was also large and user friendly. The view was perfect! During our stay the weather didn't quite cooperate but that's not the company's fault...lol. The management team actually contacted us during our stay to see if everything was good. When we needed something or had a question, they were quick to respond. Loved this place and will definitely be back.

The view from 909 was absolutely amazing. We had a group of 2 couples and we seriously could not have picked a better unit. It was perfect. We honestly didn't stay inside the unit except to shower and sleep. Our only comment to guests is if you shop for items BEFORE checking in, make sure you pick up extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Oh, and the bracelets for the pool are hanging on the anchor on the sofa table - not with the parking pass(es). Another tidbit of info, park on the 3rd floor of the parking garage when you need to unload. The luggage carts are left there and that is the walkway across to the resort.
