Our experience was always great when we stay here,The only problem is the elevators are just terrible everytime we've stayed here it's the same problem.

The bathrooms and fans need a deep cleaning. The kitchen blender doesn't work, I had to go buy one at the last minute because I was cooking. And the hotel occupies the entire beach front with the chairs they rent, they leave little space to put our own umbrellas and chairs, and they get upset if you get close to the chairs they rent.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay. Tidewater was everything we could ask for. You really don't have to leave they have everything you need.

The condo was great. It had two swimming pools both with hot tubs, a Starbucks, movie theatre, arcade and several other things. The condo was directly on the beach with beautiful views!

We really enjoyed our stay other than the slow elevators it was perfect. The only thing I could say is it needs to be more stocked with baking dishes like pizza pan, etc for those of us that like to cook some instead of eating out. I would stay again.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfectly spaced out and had a great view with the perfect deck seating! I loved that even though it was just the two of us this time that if it were four of us the guest that had the bunk beds still had there own restroom! The elevators were alittle slow and most of them were out of order but all in all a great trip!

Condo and view were stunning. The most disappointing thing was that there was NO toilet paper upon arrival. Went to front desk and was told they could not help us. So in short, bring your own toilet paper.

We had everything we needed while staying in tidewater. The kids enjoyed the two pools and I loved having the beach chairs and umbrella to use. We will be coming back!

The property was well-maintained and right on the beach. We had no trouble reserving the included beach chairs and finding a parking spot. I really liked that it was away from the crowded areas of the beach but close to Pier Park.

This was our first time at Panama City Beach, and we really enjoyed it! The condo was perfect for our family. It came nicely furnished with everything we needed. The beach service and beach toys/ boogie boards provided with the room was great for a day at the beach, and very convenient. I would definitely recommend this condo to others!

The view from the balcony alone sold me on this condo unit! Even more beautiful in person. Comfortable couches, fantastic shower head water pressure, hair dryers in both bathrooms, even beach chairs and beach toys underneath the bunk beds for guests to borrow! 5 star rating for the condo unit itself. My only complaint with Tidewater is the low amount of elevators. Now granted, we did stay the week of July 4th. Tidewater has 30 floors and approximately 18 rooms PER FLOOR. Trying to get an elevator on the weekend took more than an hour at times. We took the stairs until the crowd thinned out on Monday! The pools were also chilly. My girls didn’t care, they swam no matter what. The water was just too cool for my liking despite the 90 degree weather we had. Other than those two things we absolutely loved our stay. Thank you for a great trip!

This room was actually a back up option for us, but upon arrival, we were happier with this room than anticipated! It was bigger than we expected, and most definitely one of the cleanest rooms I've stayed in in PCB. It had an excellent view, and the furniture was comfortable and didn't look or feel too worn in. The only thing this room was missing was a blender. I like my morning protein shakes, and afternoon daiquiris. Of course, that's not make or break. Other than that, this room was perfect! Recommended food nearby: Marco's pizza, Oishii, Dee's Hangout, and Eat My Pasty

This condo is lovely and everything you could hope for! Condo was clean, beautifully decorated, perfect location and tons of ammentities. We loved being able to have a daily beach chair and umbrella especially! We didnt know until we were packing to go home that there are two beach chairs under the bunk beds, also! So dont miss out on those! Also there was a hair dryer in the master bath which was nice! Its under the sink, not a wall mount. The balcony is lovely and has plenty of seating, 4 chairs and two side tables. The bed was so very comfortable with nice plush linens, not motel Grade bedding! The only thing we couldnt find in this condo when we needed it was scissors! (We couldve overlooked them but we hunted pretty good!) we also coupdve used a few tuppawares for leftovers etc. but thats not a big deal! We just used ziplocks! We loves that they provided dishwasher packets and loved having the washer and dryer there! We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! The person we dealt with with via phone and email regarding booking was wonderful and prompt! Had the best trip and would def love to return!

We booked a last minute end of holiday school break vacation with my two kids. This condo is huge, beautiful and fully stocked. The king size bed in the bedroom was so comfy, my daughter kept crawling in to share. My son loved the separation of the bunk beds and stated that they were "good". The kitchen was full of everything we needed and it was all fully clean and in working order. Our only issue was not being able to figure out how to work the hallway bathroom shower (or my teenager didn't want to shower that frequently...). The facility was beautiful and the movie theater was great. We went in off season so didn't get to experience the full programming. The water and boating adventures are all closed over the holidays...just to share. The condo came with a stack of informational brochures so we happily experienced the Gulf Marine Aquarium and the local zoo. The elevators were slow but doable. The main entrance is onto an outside hallway which may not work so well for someone in a wheelchair. All of the facility staff were very helpful and ready to solve any issues. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone and especially for families due to the spacious feel and great WIFI (my son's only request). I will definitely book again...but maybe during warmer weather.

We had a great stay at Tidewater 804. The condo is well appointed, convenient location, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this unit. It is obvious the owner is conscientious in maintaining the property. We will definitely return.

We were so pleased with this stay! This condo is so nice! The furniture was comfortable and clean! We had trouble with one light, but one phone call and they had it fixed right away! The views from this room WOW! We watched dolphins and a sea turtle from the 8th floor balcony. The Tidewater Resort staff were all super helpful and friendly as well. So glad we picked this unit to stay in and hope to return for another stay in the future! Was so relaxing here!

I just want to say, thank you for the experience. This was a first for our family and we left Florida with intentions of returning. The rental was all I hoped for, your prompt response to the needs of the condo were exemplary. The unit was just perfect. Tidewater resort itself was a little busy but I have kids so that worked out fine.

I recently took my 16 year old granddaughter and two of her friends to PCB. We stayed in this condo and we were blown away. It is beautifully decorated with beachy colors. It is very roomy and every aspect of the stay was awesome! I highly recommend this beautiful place.

Considering we had never rented before we were truly amazed at the condition and appearance of the property..It was more than we expected and now means we cannot consider anything less. Certainly have heard of some horror stories in this building (804)< properties being dirty, lousy furn iture, small tv etc . We have to thank Lori for setting this up for us and was everything we could ask for..We hope to be able to come back to same but cannot commit at this time (hope to in August). Love the Emerald Coast and its amenities..
