My family has stayed at Splash resort for roughly 4 years now and love the resort….this was our 1st year staying in this particular condo though, and it was perfect! Family of 4 and it was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was very clean and the owner had great customer service and quickly responded with any questions I had. The room was stocked with dishes, towels, and other toiletries to get us started until we could make a Walmart run. 1 cabinet door was broken and the TV in the guest room to the right had a crack in it, but this didn’t affect our stay any. We had an amazing time! My only complaint, and it’s not even that big of a deal, was that the condo just had showers -no tubs. My kids were 4 and 2 at the time and love baths in the tub but they did just fine in the shower while we were there. We loved this room and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful Condo while at PCB.

My family has stayed at Splash for 7 years and this was by far our favorite unit! The unit was clean and nicely decorated and furnished. The corner unit was amazing with so much extra space than other units we’ve stayed in. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else now that we have experienced this cozy and spacious home away from home. Easily housed our family of 7! Hope to stay again next year!

This property has a gorgeous view of the ocean!! The corner room is a must with a great view of all angles. The condo itself was perfect for a family of 6! We had plenty of space with extra beds for even more to join next time. This resort is very family friendly and located on the quite side of town. It is outside the party crowded area. The pools were just ok. Nothing spectacular but they are great for younger kids. The beach was beautiful with lots of space. This unit comes with 2 free lounge chairs and umbrella everyday. You will definitely need a tent of some sort if more people are with you. Everything worked, with the exception of the washer only taking very small loads to work correctly. That would be my only complaint is the washer. It does work tho just had to rinse and spin again after taking out some clothes to make it a smaller load. Overall it was a great stay and would highly recommend for families ❤️⛱️🍹

This condo is beautiful, with absolutely gorgeous views! The only minor things that could have made the stay better would have been to have more items available for those staying a few days. All of this information is provided, even down to hand soap not being available in the kitchen. When they say to bring your stuff, you need to pack everything, like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, down to salt & pepper. I did reach out before booking to see if there were two bunks available and was told yes, but when I received my follow-up email, I was told I couldn't use one of the top bunks. This wasn't an issue for my family personally but could be for others. The elevators are also super slow. The condo and the view are so pretty that the minor details wouldn't prevent me from staying again.

I couldn’t wait to leave a review on this condo because I have nothing but good to leave! I’m a OCD vacation planner so I actually read reviews and take them into consideration and let me tell you, this condo was perfect for our family! So much space and privacy. Great kitchen!! fridge with ice machine. didn’t do a whole lot of cooking but totally could have with the space allowed. Wonderful living area with a great view and TV for some relaxing. Great sleeping arrangements! comfy beds and nice linens. 2 king bed rooms and two sets of bunk beds (4 beds total) the bed rooms have tvs. I do wish one of the bunk areas had a tv since we traveled with young children. Clean & large bathrooms. I loved being able to do laundry. The balcony was oversized since it was a corner and the view was unbelievable. It almost felt like you were actually on the beach. One corner stayed shaded and the patio furniture was so nice. The convince of the 6th floor was nice in such a large building. The elevators are so slow!! Outdoor grills came in handy and the pool and pool areas stayed clean. I would rent this condo time and time again!

Our family had an amazing time at Splash Resort & look forward to our next trip! The condo was clean, nicely updated and in a great location. The amenities were top notch! Our kids (ages 2 & 5), had the time of their lives playing at the beach, multiple pools and splash pad. Communication with the rental company couldn’t be better. The check-in location to get your wrist bands and parking tag could have been better displayed but we did find it eventually. Overall we are definitely looking forward to our next trip at Splash Resort & would honestly love to rent the same unit.

Great property!!! Easy access from the parking deck with plenty of luggage carts available. Facility was very clean and the amenities are incredible. The pool side bar & grille was perfect! The unit was amazing!

The overall experience was excellent, however, the pillow that was on our bed looked like it had been peed on. I got mascara on it one of our first nights there and took it off to wash the pillowcase to keep it from staining and it looked like a child had peed all over it. That grossed me out. Other than that, everything was wonderful

The condo was absolutely beautiful and has so much room! The location is perfect and never felt crowded, even on Labor Day weekend. At one point we couldn't find the remote to a tv. I emailed the contact person and within 30 minutes we had a replacement.

Love the two bedrooms being on the Gulf side of the extra long balcony and having a room at the end of the hall! Shower floors need some work with caulking.

My husband and I have 2 girls and we went with another couple that have boys. This condo is perfect for two families as both bedrooms have a bathroom, king beds and a balcony entrance. There are also 2 bunks and the couch pulls out as well. There was plenty of space for both our families!! The kitchen was fully stocked and the entire condo was very clean when we got there. We loved spending the mornings on the balcony listening to the ocean and the kids all piled on the pull out couch at night to watch movies. The resort itself is also really awesome!! The pools were heated and the splash park was a big hit with our kids. We also loved that we could go to the beach and then straight to the pool. It was an amazing vacation and this condo is perfect for families.
