This 1368 square foot floor plan is the largest 2 bedroom w/ bunk in AQUA. The wrap around beachfront balcony offers spectacular views of the Gulf and the street-side balcony allows you to enjoy the beautiful views of the sites and lights. The owner of this spacious condo has furnished it with everything you and your guests will need, from a huge flat screen TV in the living room and all the kitchen gadgets you'll need for a night in.

This beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath, 5th floor condominium has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This corner unit, with wrap around terrace off the living room and master bedroom, overlooks the Gulf with magnificent sunset views.

Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area. Other features include ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Both bedrooms feature king size beds, en suite bathrooms, and plenty of space to store your items whether you are staying for a few days or a few weeks. In the common area, there is a set of queen over queen bunks.

Only two cars allowed. All guests must pre-register and pay a $50 fee per vehicle.

I read some of the previous reviews on this condo at the time I booked it. I was optimistic and hoped it would suit our needs. This condo was great! From the walk-around balcony, the privacy, the cleanliness of the condo, the excellent communication, and the location to everything we love in PCB! The pictures do not do it justice. Someone previously complained about the views and that they were obstructed, and that was absurd! The views of ocean were great. The balcony is ultra private as well since it is on the end of the building. Aqua is very family friendly with two pools to enjoy. We will definitely be back again. I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Thank you for a wonderful beach trip with many wonderful memories made!

This was a great property. The information on VRBO is somewhat out dated. They do have a keurig and a standard coffee pot. The unit is bigger than the pictures lead to to believe. It was very clean and well taken care of. The bathrooms could have used a deep cleaning but not bad enough to cause any issue. The starter packs were wonderful. The host were amazing they checked on us to make sure we didnt have any issues and were amazingly friendly. I will be looking at other properties manages by this group for future vacations as well, as they made me feel they truly cared about our vacation.

The condo was beautiful. The bunk beds were double wide which was great for two pre-teens. The view of the gulf was amazing! Only thing on the balcony is that we could not view the condo pool as we were on the end of the building. But, this would not stop us from renting this condo again.

Fun Trip

The room was great and loved the location (Shuckum’s Ouster bar is conveniently right across the street). Only issue we had was the elevators, several were out of order during our stay which meant standing in long lines waiting for one or just taking the stairs, which we did except at when unloading and loading up when we checked out.

Highly Recommend

The wrap around balcony was great for watching the sunset. The condo is high enough for a great view, but low enough that we could actually see some ocean life. There is a balcony on the north side of the condo as well. Beds were comfy. 2 large bathrooms. Keurig in the kitchen. We had 7 adults staying and there was enough room so that we never felt crowded. 3 pools, 2 outside and 1 indoor. The indoor pool was a plus since we were there in November. Convenient parking. Easy access to the beach. Within walking distance of Pier Park that has great shops and restaurants as well as a fishing pier. Aqua staff was very helpful.
