Our recent stay at Sterling Beach in Panama City Beach, Florida was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Booking was quick, smooth, and hassle-free—communication was clear, and everything was ready for us when we arrived.
The condo was stunning—clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, overlooking the emerald green waters and white sandy beach. Waking up to that view each morning was a dream!
The location was top-tier—quiet and relaxing but still close to great restaurants, shopping, and activities. We stayed for four days and three nights, and every moment felt like a true escape. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, walking on the beach, or simply enjoying the view from our room, we were beyond impressed.
Highly recommend Sterling Beach for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway in PCB. We’ll definitely be back

The accommodations were absolutely perfect! The pictures posted really don’t do justice to just how spacious and beautiful the place is. It is close enough to everything but far enough away to enjoy quiet peaceful evenings on the balcony. We look forward to coming back again!

We have stayed in this particular room at least 3 times. The view is to die for. We love all the space of the room and the property. The master bed is really firm (hard).

The location and the staff maintaining the grounds are great. On the negative side: the carpet was not vacuumed and the tile was filthy. The DVD players in the bedrooms We’re not functional. The living room DVD remote did not work even with new batteries. The air conditioning did not work.

September 2020. We were in 305 it was an awesome view and equipped with everything we needed! We had groceries delivered. The pool and hot tub were nice! The beach was beautiful and we had 6 ladies in our group! Big open condo! Staff was great! Very clean facility and grounds! Barracudas across the street has live music every night and fresh seafood and a variety on menu!

We've been coming to PCB for a lifetime and this was our first stay at this property. We were able to stay 6 nights as a family of 5 with our grown children. Tons of space and beautiful views! This property has it all! Will definitely be back soon!

The condo was perfect , very clean and had everything you could imagine for cooking meals and relaxing on the beach. The balcony is huge and everything is even more beautiful in person. We will definitely stay here again.

The view from the 3rd floor is beautiful. Nice room with very spacious living room area. The building is very clean, with a great pool. A couple of things that I always look for in a review before booking are, parking and comfort level of the beds. The parking was easy, during our stay with more than enough spaces, no parking garage which I loved. The comfort level of the beds, especially the master’s king size bed was not good. Master room bed is VERY firm, not a fan. Wife and I took turns sleeping on softer couch. However, everything else about the room was nice, and we enjoyed our stay. FYI: master bedroom door does not lock, good to know if you have children.

Loved this property - we've stayed in many Thomas Drive/PCB condos over the years and this is one of our favorites. The property is well managed, the unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, the unit and balcony both were spacious. Will definitely stay again.

The cleanliness of the property was awesome! Our condo was cozy with a great view. The beach area was not overly crowded and very relaxing. The only “minor” issue that was not of excellence was the master bed. It was not the most comfortable mattress, yet again - that was a minor inconvenience. We plan to make Sterling Beach condos a staple to our visits to Panama City. Thank you for the awesome accommodations!

The Sterling Beach Condo was just as described. It was in a great location close to a lot of fun activities. The condo was comfortable and didn’t lack anything. Right outside we had a wonderful pool and a fantastic beach. I would definitely rent here again.

We loved our stay at Sterling Beach 305. The room was spacious and the views were gorgeous. We loved having three separate bedrooms so everyone had their own space when needed but warning, the beds are HARD! I read that on previous reviews but didn’t think anything of it because I sleep on a pretty firm mattress at home but everyone in our party found the beds to be extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with all the appliances you could need (blender, pots, pans, a crockpot, etc) but the dishwasher was awful. We ended up handwashing everything. There was also a closet full of beach accessories and toys that we found very useful. The property itself is beautiful. We traveled with a 5 month old and our 85 year old Grandma who has limited mobility and the pool was perfect for both of them (must be able to walk down a could steps). The elevators were fast and parking was easy. The beach was also beautiful and not crowded at all. There are a few steps at the end of the pier to the beach so that is something to be aware of when considering lugging wagons and such down to set up. Overall, we found this property to be a breath of fresh air. You get the beautiful beaches that PCB is known for without all of the crowds, waiting, and parking nightmares.

We were in Florida for a FSU campus tour and decided to make a lil vacay out of it and drove the bit over 2hrs to Panama City. The condo exceeded our expectations. Right on the beach, beautiful pool, great location for restaurants etc. Right across the street is a fun bar n grill that we walked to. Service and food was good, and there was live music. Condo itself was very nice and comfortable. Was great having a washer/dryer. Definitely would recommend this one.

This condo is wonderful and had everything you really need! My only issue was that the dishwasher works but doesn’t clean dishes on any cycle. For our family that cooks, it took time to hand wash all dishes. Reviews stated it was fixed. But other than that, this complex was excellent! The grounds, elevators, pool, and beach access was all one could ask for!! Highly recommend!!

Even though the day I went there were 2 red flags for not being able to swim, I had to relax on the grounds . Overall Experience My stay at Sterling Beach 305 exceeded all my expectations. The combination of a stunning location, comfortable and well-appointed accommodations, excellent facilities, and outstanding service made for a truly unforgettable experience. Once arriving one of the beds was broke and they come the next day to fix it. Other than that no problems at all. Just be sure to bring some throws with you if you get cold. Very nice place to stay!!
