Imagine waking up to the sound of the ocean in this spacious, luxurious corner condo at the exclusive Marisol Resort. Whether you are coming for a week away with your family or a trip to work remotely, this condo is equipped with everything you will need. This condo also comes with access to year round swimming with the resort's heated pool and FREE BEACH SERVICE for 4 so you and your family will have access to 4 beach chairs and an umbrella each day.

Boasting 2 primary suites, each feature a king bed, spacious floor plans with en suite bathrooms that have both walk in showers and jetted garden tubs. One of the guest rooms features a king size bed and the other a queen. This property comfortably sleeps 8 in beds, 2 on sleeper sofa, will house up to 12 if you wish to bring air mattresses or pack n plays.

This condo has been recently upgraded with all stainless steel appliances, upgraded countertops and spacious, airy living areas for you and your family to enjoy panoramic views of the Emerald Coast. With a custom made mud room, you can easily drop off items in the foyer on your way into the condo. There is even a desk available in this property if you need to tend to any work!

Marisol only has 45 individual properties, which means you’ll never be fighting for parking or waiting for an elevator. Marisol is centrally located so you will have easy access to any family activities, shops, and restaurants and year round heated pool.

The rooms were spacious and location was right on the beach! Walkable to a lot of local places for ice cream and foods, and not a far drive to water parks or CrossFit gyms. Loved this stay!

My family of 9 stayed here for a full week and had plenty of room. The bedrooms are very spacious, the unit was super clean, beds were comfortable, enough linens to keep us going a day or two, fully equipped kitchen with all the items needed to cook, quick and easy access to the beach and the 2 sets of beach chairs came in very handy for lounging on the beach! We throughly enjoyed our stay.

This condo was absolutely awesome. The host was very responsive and available if we needed anything although we didn’t need to reach out. Initially, I was concerned about the parking situation with one car at the condo and one across the street - it was no problem at all! It was a busy time, and there were no issues with parking while we were there, so don’t let that deter you. It looked just like the pictures. Very clean and extra linens. It was fantastic, and we may even stay again in the future!

Enjoyed the stay. The condo on beach was great, very clean, and very spacious. Contact was made by the host through out the visit via text.
I did not care for the parking setup. One car at the building, the second vehicle across the street, third vehicle public parking down the street. I would have preferred at least two vehicles at the condo. This was a minor inconvenience though. I would still highly recommend staying here even with this in mind.

Beautiful beach stay! Our group really loved our stay at Marisol. This unit was beautiful, clean, and had a gorgeous view of the beach. It was so perfect that some afternoons we chose not to go down to the beach at all and just enjoy the luxury of our balcony!

Amazing Condo on the Beach

This condo was perfect! It’s beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The beach set up for 4 was a huge bonus that we really enjoyed. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone. The balcony was a great evening hangout to watch the sunset after dinner. We cooked most of our meals in the condo, and appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was.

Every condo has a view.

Very spacious and comfortable for a family of 5 plus one. Appreciated the 2nd en suite in the condo as we had my 18 year olds girlfriend with us. This gave her the privacy from the rest of the family. Our building was small enough that it didnt take forever to get to the beach, pool or car. Couple things kept it from being flawless. Had a kid puke in the middle of the night and there was not a 2nd set of bedding that was available to be used. Needed more instruction on where the fitness center was and where to put the trash. No dumpster but a shoot. But nothing that would keep us from staying again. Overall great experience.

Amazing condo!

We absolutely loved this condo. You can tell that the owner and property managers really put a lot of effort into every little detail from the wireless charges on each bed stand to the nicer washer and dryer and even the patio furniture that was comfy and clean. The view was stunning and we definitely did not want to leave. We would absolutely stay again!

Very comfortable stay!

Sometimes condos can feel “crowded” with my big family but this condo was very spacious! Plenty of space for everyone and all of their “stuff”. It was nice not being super high up but still up far enough for a great view. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the beds were clean and comfy.

Amazing!

This condo was just like the pictures showed. The furniture was really nice and comfortable. There was plenty of seating for our family and plenty of kitchen supplies (plates, cups, etc…). The view was AMAZING, and sitting out on the balcony was so relaxing and peaceful! My family enjoyed much needed family time in a beautiful place! I definitely recommend this place and I would go back in a heartbeat!

Great Stay at 305 Marisol!

We stayed at 305 Marisol and had a great time! The property was so spacious, clean, and perfectly accommodated our crew. We had plenty of linens (the sheets were so soft - amazing), and really did not have to worry about anything while we were there. We were right on the water so it was a quick walk to the beach, which was perfect. We hope to be back soon!

Panama City Beach

Overall we had a great time here. There are a few suggestions to make it even better. With 8 adults we had a hard time keeping up with the ice, you should have an ice machine somewhere in the building. It was hard to keep up with the sand on the floor the Vaccuum needs to be better to help with the sand. The kitchen floor had a few spots separating at the seams and was a potential trip possibly cut toe opportunity. With a 4 bedroom unit you should have more beach chairs available for your guests. Again we had a great time and the location was perfect, had plenty of dining and entertainment options.
