The view from this condo cannot be beat. The restaurant next door schooners is delicious. I loved being able to go downstairs and be right at the beach. Or just sitting on the porch reading a book listening to the waves. Will definitely be back.

I would definitely stay in this condo again. it was spacious for party of 7! Gorgeous view with wrap around balcony! Never an issue on the elevator, no matter day or time, we didn't wait long & best part about this place its right next to a restuarant, Schooners for drinks & great food!
rain or shine, the view is just amazing, I can't say that enough! Thank you for a great stay!

The room was beautiful, resort was clean and nice very laid back , and not crowed like we are used to at other properties! Management was easy and very fast to respond! I highly recommend this room! (Like everywhere this was stuff that could have been better like the trash wasn’t taken out and a sliding glass door was broken and crown molding was broke but overall it was absolutely beautiful! Definitely will be back! A huge plus is it’s close to some amazing restaurants and boat rides!

Great views. We always come back to Seychelles. This unit was by far the most comfortable as far as bedding choices, furniture choices, balcony furniture (although one chair has hardware that is stripped out and caused a little "whoa" moment). I would absolutely book unit 1909 again. The 3rd bedroom could be cozier. One teen felt cheated and the other felt like a princess in the 2nd bedroom. (Other than the cracked mirrored glass on the bottom of the sliding closet door we were not informed of. Please address this.) Overall, this was our favorite unit out of several over the years.

The host was always in communication. Some repairs were being made to the property (not the actual condo) due to a January tornado. The host let us know if there would be impacts to our stay. We never had any issues other than the inconvenience of not having two parking spaces available. That was communicated prior to our stay and we made arrangements.
We enjoyed our stay! We loved the wrap around balcony and the decor of the condo. Beach access was back open during our stay which was a pleasant surprise. We didn't discover the beach chairs under the bed until we were packing up to leave. There was also a beach wagon and sand toys in another closet. That helped out tremendously. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the starter packs they provided helped get us through the first night until we could get supplies for the week. Great stay - we'd definitely book this condo again.

We had a wonderful time. The property was clean. Access was easy. Water was beautiful. The guests above us were up and loud late most every night. Overall we would stay again.

This was a great condo, with the highlight being the corner location, windows all around, and a wrap around balcony that we spent a ton of time at. The Master bedroom and 1st guest bedroom were great, but the 2nd guest bedroom was kind of dinky. Very small room with a double mattress on a cheap frame with fold-out cots underneath. It could use an upgrade, but other than that, this was a great rental. Would definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at 1909! Lori was so helpful in keeping us informed & highly responsive. The only hiccup was that bunk beds were listed in the 3rd bedroom but it was a single twin, and there wasn’t anywhere to put food in the cabinets; minor inconveniences that we made work. Overall, we were thrilled with how clean it was, the decor was lovely, the views absolutely stunning, and we just a great time! We can’t wait to go back!

This condo was everything we were expecting and more! Unbelievable views from the balcony and inside the condo because of all the windows! The condo was very clean as was the entire Seychelles complex. Having lived in PC in the past I don’t enjoy being in the middle near pier Park. I’m looking for a calmer and more relaxing stay. If that is what you’re looking for you will not be disappointed in this unit! Easy check in. Rental property is easy to get in contact with for any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. Lots of hustle and bustle due to being close to the marina and the state park. But the noise level wasn’t bad and you’re conveniently close to lots of activities like shopping, dining, water activities and fishing. I would have liked at least one baking pan (they have lots of pots and pans) and a can opener that worked, but that’s a very minor issue and I made it work. My favorite spot was sitting on the huge balcony watching all the activity below. Over all, it was a great place and I would stay there again.

My wife and I stayed there for pretty much all of January, and friends visited us for a total of about two weeks of that time. Ages are early 60s to mid 70s. Our only complaint was the weather - not as warm as we wanted (mostly 40-60, with one or two days around 65; rain occasionally; and WIND - 10 mph on good days and over 25 mph on not so good days. The condo itself was great - met our needs perfectly. Only used the small third BR for luggage and packages overflow. The management contractor was great in terms of addressing a couple of very small problems; they had to order a new fan for the second bathroom. Off property we’d recommend Saltwater Grill, Billy’s Oyster Bar and Grill, and J. Michaels for dining - Saltwater Grill the fanciest and most varied menu, Billy’s for funky seafood, and J. Michael’s for fabulous raw oysters. Shrimp City (next door to Billy’s) was our go to for shrimp and scallops to take home for dinner preparation.

Issues with dirty sheets/kitchen towel were quickly resolved. Our only true issue was parking. We had an elderly handicapped adult, two teens and two adult women, all coming from different states. Additional parking is 3+ miles down the road, so you have to leave your car there and shuttle family to their cars any time anyone wants to do something outside of a group outing. I understand the parking challenges, but while we were there, there were several vacant parks available in the garage, the entire time. I spoke with the HOA and they were unwilling to accommodate one extra car. We made it work but it wasn’t always convenient.

The location and ocean-view from the balcony here can’t be beat! The unit it open and spacious with lots of gathering areas. Our stay was truly incredible! There’s a restaurant — Schooner’s — which is attached to the building and the food/drinks there are great, plus it’s super convenient.
The beds in the unit leave something to be desired, but that didn’t have a lasting effect on the success of our trip.
