Our annual girls' trip! 3 of us and we stay at Seychelles every year! This unit was perfect! Great view!

We had wonderful stay at the condo. The view is terrific. It is obvious the owners have given much thought to the comfort of their guests. There were many thoughtful conveniences included: lots of amenities plus helpful suggestions as to things to do and places to eat. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and there was a variety of pillows to choose from, as well as extra blankets if needed. The furniture was in pristine condition. We enjoyed our stay and plan to go back soon.

Well appointed condo ready for couples or families. Owner was very accessible & responsive. Great interior beach vibe! Obviously an amazing view of the Gulf as well. Also kitchen was well stocked with accessories for cooking and the hall closet had everything you will need for the beach. We will be back!

My husband and I took our 4 year old granddaughter to Panama City for three days. When we walked into room 1904 what an awesome time we had. The rooms were very clean and disinfectanted., the view was amazing. There was even beach toys, and floats, restaurant next door. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and would return. Thank you Debbie!!

We really enjoyed this condo. Very clean, plenty of seating inside and out. It looked packed but was quiet. The pools were great to relax in after a long day at the beach and everyone was respectful of each other. Elevators moved quickly most of the time, there were a few times when we had to wait for more than 5 mins. Everything you would need to enjoy the beach was was provided as well as starter supplies for the week (dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, etc). We brought our own beach towels but the provided beach towels were much thicker and bigger. Water was hot, a/c worked well, view was amazing! Location was perfect and was close to the marinas and St. Andrews Park. Water was scheduled at the last minute to be on and off throughout the day, the owner was quick to let us know and apologized for inconvenience. We were at the beach all day so it did not affect us. King bed was a little hard and creaky. The bunks were not completely made (only the fitted sheet) and after an exhausting day of driving and unloading that was a little disappointing to have to do before getting kids to bed. Overall our experience was great and would definitely stay again! I highly recommend stopping by Jaws or Moby Dicks (right down the road) to get a few souvenirs and shirts, as well as Sister of the Sea’s for an amazing meal and to meet a mermaid! This property exceeded our expectations. Easy check in, labels on everything making it easy to know how to use everything. Included beach Cabana chairs were a huge perk as well as included beach towels, sand toys and beach chairs. Eliminated so much packing. Plan on staying again

We found the condo to be in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants, with wonderful views from the large balcony, and very nicely decorated. With staying the month of January, the outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center were great amenities to have. The only negative comments we have were that the bathroom off the hallway had an extremely loud toilet when flushed and the master bed was very squeaky. All in all, it was a great place to stay!

The condo was well stocked and everything was as described. The parking garage and elevators are easy to navigate. The kids actually slept in the bunk beds this year. We love this area because it is on the slow end of PCB but close to grocery stores and the best restaurants in the area. Having the beach chairs included is a nice bonus and so is having beach towels to use for the week. We are going to stay here again next year.

We spent our first 4th of july on the beach this year, and our first stay at seychelles resort. The owners of this condo have done a great job of making sure everything we could ever need was readily available for us, as well as very detailed instructions on how to use everything in the condo. The condo was very clean with cute beach theme decorations. We spent plenty of evenings on the comfy patio furniture enjoying the view of the gulf. We were able to see dolphins, turtles, and sting ray from the balcony. Would recommend this unit to everyone, and will definitely be returning for future visits. It was close to all restaurants and shopping while still being on the far end so less crowded. Very happy with our stay

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! From the booking process to checkout, it was a total breeze. We absolutely loved staying here! We hope to come back! We had a fantastic time in Panama City Beach. The condo is exactly as advertised and immaculate! We loved the fact that we didn't need to bring beach chairs, towels, or toys for the beach. Everything was there and we loved the beach chair service that came with the condo. It's a great location. Close to lots to do and many restaurants, but outside of the busiest area on the beach. As always, PCB did not disappoint. The unit was perfect for our needs. Well decorated and furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved our stay in this property! Everything was perfect, and the condo was beyond well stocked. You can really tell that Mrs. Hill takes great pride in the management and upkeep of the condo. She has streamlined every detail! Everything was effortless. Every detail has been thought of, and she is excellent at communicating. We were unsure about the trip prior to because of the recent hurricane, but she kept in touch with us everyday before with updates, and was responsive during our stay to questions that arose. The condo is pristine, and tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable, and we loved that beach chair rental was included in our stay! We had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency, and Mrs. Hill was very kind to us. We will be back to stay!

We loved the amenities including the towels, chairs buggy board, bathroom and kitchen supplies. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The floors might could use a good mopping or steam cleaning. We could not find a blanky for cuddling while watching t.v.. Overall we were very pleased and if you allow us we will stay there again.

Debbie thinks of everything. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Debbie has instruction labels placed appropriately around the condo, making the use of everything from the TV's to light switches totally uncomplicated. Having beach towels available was a real plus. Debbie let us know when the unit was ready, coming in from Eastern time zone our schedule is one hour earlier than Central. Having the unit available prior to 5:00 p.m. our time was very appreciated. We stayed at Seychelles 1904 for a week. Our first time in PCB and we had everything we needed. We only had to make one trip to grocery store and we were set for the week. Beautiful views, easy access to the pool & beach, and super fast elevators. The beach set up downstairs was great to be able to have a spot reserved for us all week. We used the smaller beach chairs and umbrella to have even more shade and seating by the heavy ones the condo provides. Debbi providing those and the boogie boards were a plus. We used all of it everyday! Tons of channels to surf on the TV when the afternoon rain shower would pop up, but sitting on the beach & balcony was our favorite parts of the stay. The exhaust fans in the bathroom and the blinds were pretty dusty, otherwise it would be 5 stars for cleanliness. The master bed mattress is very firm, so bring an egg crate topper & your own pillows if your body can’t handle that. I guess I’m showing my age now!? Lol All in all we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning to rent 1904 Seychelles from Debbi again!

Debbi has thought of everything for your beach vacation! The condo is stocked with all you need. I did not imagine the boogie boards and chairs would be top notch and they were! Having beach towels was an added bonus which was much appreciated! Seasonal rental of the beach chairs is awesome as well as you only had to stand in line once to "get our chairs reserved" for the week! Debbi was quick to answer any questions and/or fix issues! Definitely an owner who has her renters best interest! Seychelles was a really nice condo with fast elevators for a 22 story complex! There is much relaxing to be done and loads of fun!!

We loved this condo. 1904 was clean and well stocked. We have been coming to PCB since 2000, and we have stayed at many different condos over the years. This one ranks right there with the best ones we have stayed at in the past. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

We spent 2 months at the Hill condo. Well equipped for an extended stay or a week as well. Beautifully appointed with beach theme art work and excellent furnishings. Comfortable king size bed and provincial bedroom chests were large enough for even our overpacked clothing items. Master bath as well as full bath off hallway. Plenty of towels and linens. Beach towels and chairs and toys for kids. Panama City Beach is up and operational with most businesses open. Schooners Beach Pub adjacent to Seychelles ran 1/2 price specials all of February! The beach is great and the property amenities are very nice. We'll certainly look forward to booking this condo again. Thank you!

My wife and I spent 3 wonderful evenings at the condo and could not have been happier. Seychelles property is our favorite place to stay and this particular condo was fantastic. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would want to stay in to make lunch or dinner. Comfy bed, nice pillows and bath towels provided. Though we didn’t make use, the provided beach towels were very nice as well, and the included beach chair service was a phenomenal bonus. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was one of the best condo units we have stayed in at Panama City Beach over the last 30 years. We were surprised by how fully stocked the unit was with everything down to beach towels. From the moment we entered the condo we knew we had picked a great condo for our much needed week vacation! Everything was in working order, very clean, bed was comfortable. The little extras like shampoo/conditioner and bar soap in the bathrooms along with dishwasher tablets in the kitchen were an added surprise. We’ve rented several condos through VRBO over the years and we have never experienced that, so thank you Debbie! The 19th floor showed us some beautiful sunsets with ample seating on the balcony. The rental was quiet at night. Plus it was an added bonus that Schooners was right next door for drinks or our evening supper. We would rent this condo again, for sure!!

The owners thought of everything, right down to the beach towels. The bed was comfortable. The condo was clean, kitchen was well equipped for cooking or making that night cap and watching the sun set while sitting on the balcony. The furnishings throughout the condo are high end with a beach theme throughout, very nice place. There were beach chairs and boogie boards for use or you could tell the beach attendants that you wanted the double lounger with umbrella each day. My husband and I will definitely stay in condo 1904 again.

We had everything we needed to cook breakfast and make lemonade. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The king bed is a bit noisy as you roll over and you may need to place a dark sheet over the window for that gorgeous morning sunshine. The bunks were too short for our adult daughter but kids will love them. Plenty of clean towels and Debbi is awesome to book with. Seychelles is a great place to stay. Thank you, Debbi!

We could not have had a more perfect stay. Debbi's "home" has everything that you could possibly need.
