Beach service included with this rental.Lovely gulf-front condo with gorgeous views of the emerald-green waters of the Gulf and beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Let this condo be your next home away from home. This cozy 1 bed/2 bath condo accommodates six people with a master bedroom, built-in hallway bunks, and a sofa sleeper. Seychelles sits on the quiet east-end of PCB, Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddie pool, Jacuzzi, and fitness center. located within walking distance to St. Andrews State Park and right next door to the iconic Schooners restaurant. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and breakfast bar, stainless dishwasher, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and toaster oven. Over-sized great room. Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older or a child of a registered guests.

PARKING
at the premises is limited to two cars in the off peak season. During peak season complexes have the right to monitor parking and limit one vehicle to the garage.

Excellent view!

1408 was a beautiful room with great views off the balcony. We loved being able to walk over to Schooners for lunch or dinner. My only complaint is I wasn’t aware that the pool area was under construction which took away a lot of the sitting area around the pool. We had to find places to sit with our beach chairs. Other than that, our stay was 10/10 and I would recommend this room to anyone!

Beautiful condo and beachfront! Loved the decor too. Was nice waking up and having my morning coffee out on the balcony, while looking out at the ocean and listening to the waves (even saw a few dolphins). Loved our stay and hope to be back someday!
