We had a very comfortable stay. Things were clean, and the location was great. It was located in the less busy part of Panama City beach, which was a major perk for our family. We were pleasantly surprised that two beach chairs with an umbrella were included with our rental, as that was not advertised.

I occasionally visit PCB for work but this time I had some time to relax. Anna was so helpful when booking this condo and anything we needed she was happy to help. Upon arrival, the place was clean and inviting. Absolutely love the view from our balcony. Seychelles is situated on my favorite end of the beach (East) so there is plenty to see, do and eat. We didn't cook any major meals, but I noticed that the kitchen was stocked with just about any cooking utensils and ware one would need. Bed was super comfortable, too! Already looking to book with Anna again for my next visit. Hopefully we'll get this unit again 🤞🏼

We visit the beach at least once a year. The goal is to relax...with a capital R! That means not running out to eat at every meal and lots of binge watching shows.... This condo was the best equipped kitchen for the stay-in and relax type of vacation! The condo was clean and well appointed...we will definitely consider this particular unit again!

We stayed at the end of off season during the week so it wasn’t too crowded. The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Clean and included all amenities. Bed was absolutely awful. We woke up in pain. Could easily be a 5 star review if the bed was more comfortable.

Very Friendly staff and helpful!! Cleanliness was top notch! Great for families and all! Right on the beach front and easy access to restaurants and shops near by. Provided with all kinds of family games and pool, plus hot tub to chill when done with the beach. Overall it was a great experience and definitely looking forward to book again for future trips!!!

We loved the decor of this condo. The set up was perfect for our family of four. My oldest daughter sept on the sofa bed and said it was actually comfortable. Our youngest loved the bunk beds. The king bed in the master bedroom was our deciding factor for this condo and it was perfect. We love the location of Seychelles. It was our second year to stay in a condo here and I’m pretty sure we are hooked on this location.

Very clean unit. Perfect for our family of 4. So nice that the unit came with beach chairs. 2 of the 3 elevators were broke the first day, there were long waits seemed like everyone was checking in at the same time. But they fixed the situation very quickly within 2 or 3 hrs all elevators were up and working again and we had no other issues the entire trip. So convenient that Schooners is literally next door, its nice to go grab drinks or take out food to the beach chairs for lunch. Would stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful condo!! Great views of course bc it's pcb!!! It's right next to schooners which is very convenient for lunch/dinner or to walk up and get a drink while on the beach. Elevators ran very smooth. The only negative is you only get 1 parking pass, and even though it says you can purchase a 2nd one, you can not. So if your child or your other guest is meeting you with their own vehicle you would have to park it in a public parking lot, and the closest one they recommend is next to Ripley's which is aprox 5 miles away.

This was our first time to PCB and we loved it! Our rental was great! The check in process was easy-peasy, the parking was easy and the all three elevators were working and conveniently located. We loved that beach chairs/umbrellas come with the unit price. The beach access was so convenient right off the pool area and out to your chairs. Our unit had a few issues but it didn't hurt our experience at all. When we arrived there was blood stain on the white sheet that was wrapped around the bottom mattress side and it was a large area and easily spotted. So why the cleaning people couldn't see that when they made the bed was confusing. They came in the next day while we were out and removed it. They were suppose to connect with me for a good time to come in but we came in from breakfast and it was gone and bed was made. At least they were prompt in addressing it and it didn't put us out. The couch is a sleeper couch so the cushions tend to dip in to the hard edge and can be uncomfortable. I find this is a common issue w/ sleeper sofas and if you are just sitting on it briefly you are fine. The mattress in the bedroom is a memory foam mattress. At first it feels great but over the days both our backs started to hurt and it makes it hard to get out of bed. That most likely is a personal preference. We loved the beach service. The part that stinks about it is we have to run down to the booth EACH morning to reserve our chairs. If we don't get down there by 8am you will not get a chair on the front row. We were down at 7:56am and they sit there and waited for exactly 8am to check us in for a chair. Not sure why we can't have a standing reservation for our entire rental time as people who pay don't have to come back down every morning for an assigned chair and make a mad dash so they can get front row. I actually like the Vacasa property management system and it's ease of checking in and checking out, etc. I do feel the management fees are a bit high compared to cost of the nightly rental. It really adds a huge fee w/ cleaning to the budget so it may be worth looking at other mgt companies and private owner units to compare the booking fees.
