Sterling beach is our fav rental location. The 4th time we have rented there in the past 4 years. Everything was good w/the exception of only one elevator working.

Excellent clean spacious condo, exactly as pictured, fully stocked. Great views from balcony. Like that there was active security/staff on site. Parking area is an outside parking, which is what I was looking for since I drive a large lifted truck that won’t fit in garages. No wait for elevators like other condos. Quiet atmosphere great for families. A little further down on beach so not as busy on beach area. Host was great and even offered to extend our stay at discounted rate! Will be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Panama City Beach with Experience Gulf Coast! The entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. The condo was exactly as advertised and matched the photos perfectly.Everything was spotless, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. One of our favorite features was the balcony with its beautiful ocean view. It was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee and relax in the evening while listening to the waves.The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, and made it easy to enjoy everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Communication with the Experience Gulf Coast team was outstanding—they were friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was enjoyable from start to finish.We highly recommend Experience Gulf Coast and would definitely stay with them again on our next trip to Panama City Beach. Place is a lot bigger than pictures show. Never had elevator wait times like most high rises. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Condo. Very clean and in good shape. Felt very roomy due to tall ceilings. The ladies in my group felt the pool “guard” was a little too aggressive enforcing the rules or even just going out of his way to uncover a violation. I got written up for not having the YEAR of my stay dates written on my parking pass. The YEAR! Ridiculous but whatever. Property ground/building/pool was nice and well maintained, no waits for elevators. Lots of good restaurant options nearby. I’d do it again but prob not soon, $2200 for 3 nights is just…I won’t say too much but it’s def steep.
