The Condo was Very Clean , quite and nice location , building it self has some fixes needed . The water was turned off coming off the beach the while.stay and some work was being done . But rated highly for the condo ..

Beautiful updated condo with gorgeous views. Check in was very easy and the condo was very clean. It was nicely furnished and we loved the queen Murphy bed as an alternative to bunk beds. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and all things cooking related. Soft towels were provided but no toiletries. Not a big deal, just a heads up. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely rent here again. Thank you John & Tammy.

Condo was exactly as described! Clean with an Excellent view of beach. Tammy was a great host all questions answered quickly and they were very accommodating with our stay. Schooners next door was great as usual. Beach service was good. Definitely will stay here again

Condo was clean and had all the cooking pots/pans/utensils needed. Loved the drying rack on the balcony - all condos should have this...great idea. Communication with owner was great as well.

First time staying in Seychelles. Great location, close to great restaurants and souvenir shops. Loved the Condo...super clean and comfortable. We all slept great the entire stay. Tammy, the owner, was very sweet and informative. She checked to make sure we made it safely with a welcome text. Jet skis and banana bus rides available on site. Great view from balcony. Enjoyed our stay!!

Our family LOVES Seychelles Panama City Beach!! This unit was PERFECT, the weather was great and the water was BEAUTIFUL!! The unit was extremely clean, very nicely decorated and the full size washer and dryer was a plus. Tammy was quick to respond to my inquiry and handled our last minute reservation efficiently. We will definitely rent from her again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is nicely furnished snd was clean and comfy. Spacious enough for the four of us. Great location...shops and restaurants within walking distance. The added beach service was a great bonus! The beach staff are accommodating and super nice. The owners were responsive and provide a great place to stay for a super value!

What an amazing condo. We have stayed in several at Seychelles and this condo is by far the best. Very comfortable and spacious. Loved all the little extras. The full size washer and dryer were great, so thankful we did not have to do laundry all evening. The deck table and chairs were perfect as well. We will definitely be back.

This property is exactly as described. Clean, well decorated, comfortable, all the amenities needed with responsive owners. Really - don't look further, this unit is highly recommended. My only regret? That we couldn't stay longer. We'll be back.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in PC due largly to this awesome condo. The condo was very clean upon arrival and met all of our needs and expectations. The location is perfect for easy access to the beautiful white sand beaches and excellent for dolphin watching from the balcony! We would definitely stay here again!

We have been going to Panama City for 20 years, I was very impressed with this condo. The pictures do not do it justice. It was beautifully decorated and everything in it worked! (First time in a few years that has happened) Have already recommended it to one friend and will continue to recommend it. John and Tammy were wonderful to work with. Received damage deposit back very quickly. It was definitely a home away from home!! Absolutely LOVED IT!!! Thank You John and Tammy!!!

Very impressed with this condo! Cleanliness is the first thing I look for when traveling. As soon as we arrived, I knew I would love it. This is the cleanest place we have stayed in PCB. The furnishings are beautiful also. John & Tammy were very friendly and pleasant to work with. Very nice place! Hope we can visit again.

We spent a very fun "girlfriends" week here. The condo is absolutely beautiful and was the cleanest place we have ever stayed at the beach. I was worried about the size of the building but there are 3 elevators and we never waited more than a couple of minutes for one. If you don't bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas, the beach service is convenient and not terribly priced. This resort is also very quiet. Once inside the unit, we rarely heard any neighbors or traffic. There are good restaurants nearby without driving into the busy part of PCB. I hope to return again!

Stayed Jan and Feb 2013. Very comfortable condo. Has all the amenities you could need, including a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and a great bed. The keypad door lock is a great idea. The Seychelles staff were friendly and very helpful. The building was quiet, and had good security. The golfing was great - met lots of very interesting people from the U.S. and Canada. Tammy and John were a pleasure to deal with. The local PCBers were just the nicest and most helpful bunch you'd ever want to meet. I had a GREAT stay, and will be back. Thanks. I'd recommend this property to anyone.

Our 2012 Spring Break experience was wonderful due to the impressive accomodations. Our family of 4 found the condo spacious, well-maintained, tastefully decorated and had all the amenties needed for a week vacation. The gulf view was spectacular. The beach was clean and private. John and Tammy provided us with a list of activities, restaurants and attractions they recommended. After the first day we were very comfortable with driving around Panama City. We highly recommend this destination for your next vacation!!!!

We loved staying at this condo. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The view was amazing. It is located on the East end of PCB and was great for our family during Spring Break. The ocean and pool are right down the elevator. We could not be any closer to the water. We have already been telling all of our friends and family that they have to come stay at your place! Thanks

This was my first trip as a single Mom with my 13 yr old son. We both love going to St. Andrews Park and this condo was so very close. This condo was absolutely Wonderful. Close to the elevator made it quick to get in and out and it was NOT noisy - I could be from my beach chair with my toes in the water up to our room in 1 minute because the elevators were always available which was wonderful when we forgot something. The condo was decorated beautifully and made us feel at home. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with everything you could need with dishes and utensils. More than enough towels and washcloths were available so we didn't have to be washing clothes all the time. The 9th floor was perfect - close enough to watch down at the pool but without the noise and the 9th floor made it beautiful to watch the sunrise and sunset. The King sized sleep number bed was very comfortable. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us and I would love to come stay there again! Also, Schooner's next door was Amazing!

We had a blast staying the fourth of July week 2011! The condo was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. Owners are super nice and did everything to make our stay wonderful. I will be booking next year for sure. The fireworks on the beach were on going for hours and so pretty! Love having the restaurant right next door so we didn’t have to go out if didn’t want too. LOVE the security key pads around the whole facility and pool. See You next year !
